FancyTextGenie is run by one person. There is no larger team: the same person builds the tools, edits the guides and reviews every page, so you always know who is responsible for what you read here.
Why a one-person site?
Fancy text tools do not need a newsroom. They need careful work with the Unicode Standard, testing, and someone who answers when something breaks. Keeping the site small means every tool and guide is checked by the same person, using the same standards, and every error report reaches the person who can fix it.
What our author is responsible for
- Building and maintaining all free tools, including the 594 text styles.
- Editing and fact-checking every guide before it is published.
- Reviewing each tool at least every 6 months, as described in our methodology.
- Answering error reports and logging confirmed fixes on the corrections page.
Guest posts and sponsored content
We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles or paid reviews. If that ever changes, the author of each page will be named on it and the page will be clearly labelled. How we create and review content is explained in our editorial policy.
