1. Use of the tools
The Site provides free online tools that convert text into Unicode characters that look like different fonts. You may use the tools and the text you create for personal and commercial purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or the text it creates to:
- break any law or the rules of the platforms where you paste the text;
- impersonate another person or organisation, mislead people or commit fraud (for example, look-alike usernames or links used for phishing);
- harass, threaten or abuse others;
- interfere with the Site, including automated scraping or overloading our servers.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the text you enter and how you use the results. Text is processed in your browser and is not stored by us.
4. Our content
The Site's design, code, articles and branding belong to FancyTextGenie. Unicode characters themselves are part of a public standard and are not owned by us. You may not copy the Site itself, or substantial parts of its content, to create a competing service.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that every style will display correctly on every device, app or platform, or that the Site will always be available or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FancyTextGenie is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, for example a rejected username, a failed paid name change in a game, or text that does not display as expected.
7. Third-party platforms and links
Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Discord, Free Fire, PUBG, BGMI and other names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Each platform has its own rules about names and characters.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
